The Generation 1 or 1.5 Cat® (Caterpillar) Simulator models are obsolete. These models were manufactured in the 2000s and we cannot get parts or make any updates to software. The simulator software is not compatible with Windows 10 operating systems. Because the models are outdated, we are no longer offering yearly technical support subscriptions.
One solution is our Trade-In Program. You can receive a credit for your outdated model and apply it toward a new Cat® Simulator. If you have multiple different simulator models, our simulators now come with convertible controls for the same base unit.
