FORESTRY MACHINE LOG LOADER TRAINING
The FM Log Loader Simulator System provides training for forestry operators. The simulator features the same joysticks found in the actual machine so operators can gain familiarization and understanding of the controls before moving and loading logs. The virtual worksite is set in a forest environment where users can learn the necessary applications used in forestry operations. The FM Log Loader teaches Controls Familiarization, how to perform a Machine Walkaround, Log Handling, Loading and Off Loading the Machine from a Low-Boy Trailer, Loading Long Logs, Loading Short Logs, Loading Rear, Unloading the Log Trailer, Sorting, and also includes a special Open Training mode.
Exclusive to Cat Simulators is SimU Campus™, the software that measures, records and reports the results of all simulation sessions so instructors and users can track progress. Hundreds of benchmarks based on Caterpillar expert data are included in the system, with the operator’s performance measured against these benchmarks and outcomes recorded to a database.
